dc.description.abstract | Human resources are increasingly becoming essential to the business's survival. Therefore, this study was developed to find new insights into green human resource management to promote sustainable performance by investing in the organization's resources. Research using quantitative methods to conduct research. 410 valid answers were collected from the small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises in Vietnam through online and direct questions. Then, proceed to process the data to produce research results. The study's findings demonstrate that the impact of green human resource management on corporate sustainability performance is critical. Secondly, the study also offers two intermediate relationships that can contribute to faster sustainability improvement thanks to the awareness of CSR and employees' organizational commitment. Finally, the study also investigated the relationship between GHRM for establishing a meaningful relationship to contribute to the company's sustainable performance in the future. Research wishes to bring about a relationship that, in practice, can contribute to the sustainable development of enterprises through investment in the organization's human resources. In addition, the study implies that it can bring new perspectives and help businesses focus on investing in developing green human resources in the future. The research wants to contribute to the academic foundation of research with new implications and can bring practical value to the business through the current survey variables of the research. At the same time, we also want to make the most valuable proposals to improve the implementation of green human resource management in the future. | en_US |
