The study was conducted to test the relationship between workplace bullying and emotional exhaustion, job satisfaction, and job performance of office workers in Ho Chi Minh City. Quantitative research data was collected from 300 office employees working full-time at companies in Ho Chi Minh City. The study used Cronbach's Alpha reliability testing method, EFA exploratory factor analysis, and CFA confirmatory factor analysis to test the convergent and discriminant validity of the scale, the appropriateness of the model, and the SEM linear structural model to test the research hypotheses. Research results have shown that workplace bullying has a positive impact on emotional exhaustion and a negative impact on employee job satisfaction and work performance. Besides, research results also show that the higher the emotional exhaustion, the greater the level of employee dissatisfaction with work, leading to poor work performance. Based on the research results, the author proposes implications for administrators and human resource specialists to improve and limit the negative impacts of workplace bullying on employees in the organization.en_US
