dc.description.abstractThis article is presented for the purpose of adding to a greater awareness of the relationship between servant leadership, trust, and employee task performance in Vietnam, especially in the context of the Vietnamese workplace. In this article, it can be found that a servant leader has a significant impact on their subordinates in terms of trust and their performance in the organization. Then, our research come up with some implications for three aspects: theoretical, practical and managerial. Finally, some limitations and conclusions are provided which are that the findings cannot be generalized to other countries and small sample sizeen_US
