Abstract: | The student club activity model at universities has been attracting a large number of students to participate. For such an organization to operate long-term, it requires the efforts of every member and the leadership style of the Club/Team/Group leader is also an important factor contributing to the development of the organization. This study evaluates the impact of Servant leadership style, Organizational culture, Harmony of values, and Service motivation on the Work performance of members of the Clubs/Teams/Groups at UEH University. We conducted the qualitative research through a focus group discussion with 10 members of Clubs/Teams/Groups at UEH University; then, carrying out an official online survey of 279 other members. The official data was evaluated by internal consistency reliability, convergent validity, discriminant validity; testing hypothesis and the differences between qualitative factors by using SPSS 20 and Smart PLS 4.0. The results indicate that Work performance is most positively impacted by Harmony of values. Other factors such as Servant leadership style, Service motivation, and Organizational culture do not have an impact on Work performance, only Harmony of values. Although Servant leadership style does not directly impact the Work performance, it does impact the Harmony of values, and from there the Harmony of values impacts the members’ Work performance |
