dc.description.abstractThe future direction for organizations is seen in fostering employee happiness at the workplace through the development of a sustainable organizational environment. This study focuses on the relationship between perceived organizational support and employee happiness, mediated by the role of job dedication. The survey targeted office employees spanning all three generations in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi. The study posits four hypotheses, including one intermediary hypothesis. Data analysis was conducted using SmartPLS software, with 594 valid samples collected from both online and offline sources. The results of the study indicate that organizational support positively influences job dedication, and job dedication, in turn, enhances employee happiness. Furthermore, organizational support has been found to have a positive impact on workplace happiness. Finally, the mediating role of job dedication in the relationship between organizational support and employee happiness is supported. The study contributes to both theoretical and practical aspects of organizational behavior literature. In practical terms, the study targets two main audiences: managers in organizations and employees. It provides implications for enhancing the reciprocal relationship between employees and organizations, fostering happiness, and promoting a positive and fulfilling life.en_US
