Abstract: | Purpose – This study aims to propose a research model to examine the relationship between Ethical Leadership, Transformational Leadership, Perceived Stress, Turnover Intention, Happiness with the mediating role of Perceived Organizational Support. Discussions, limitations, and implications are also presented in this research. Design/methodology/approach – The study used quantitative research methods. Data was collected from employees working in the hospitality industry in Ho Chi Minh City. Findings – The results reveal the effect of Ethical Leadership, Transformational Leadership on Perceived Stress, Turnover Intention, Happiness though the mediating role of Perceived Organizational Support. Originality/value – The study shows the mediating role played by Perceived Organizational Support. |
