dc.description.abstract | In this study, a fuzzy logic-based system was developed to recommend suitable seasonal tourist destinations in the Mekong Delta region, aiming to enhance the tourism experience for visitors. The system requires tourists to provide information such as the season, number of tourists, travel distance, and the type of tourism they are interested in. This information is then used as input data for the recommendation system. After collecting input information, the system uses fuzzy logic to perform calculations and generate recommendations for tourist destinations. The system will consider the information provided by tourists and use it to apply fuzzy logic rules. These rules can be built based on historical data analysis, tourist destination information, and seasonal factors in the region. By combining this information, the system can generate intelligent recommendations for destinations that tourists should consider based on their goals. This not only optimizes the tourist experience but also helps save resources and promote tourism development in the Mekong Delta region. Utilizing fuzzy logic in the tourism destination recommendation process enables the system to handle the ambiguity and vagueness of input information. Instead of providing a single fixed answer, the system will suggest diverse and flexible options. This implies that the system is capable of understanding and adapting to changes in the tourism environment and the goals of tourists. The fuzzy logic-based recommendation system in this study offers an intelligent approach to optimizing tourism destination selection based on factors such as time (season), tourist volume, distance, and the desired type of tourism of the visitor. This can support sustainable tourism development and environmental protection in the Mekong Delta region. | en_US |
