The purpose of this study is to investigate how psychological contract violation functions as a mediator in the relations between workplace bullying, turnover intentions, and members' well-being. data were obtained from 314 young students who are currently or have previously worked in clubs/teams/groups at universities in ho chi minh city. The analysis's findings show that members' intentions to leave the organization are directly impacted by workplace bullying. Nevertheless, there was no correlation found in the study between members' well-being and bullying. Additionally, psychological contract violation also acts as a mediator in the association between intention to leave and workplace bullying. It also serves as an intermediate in the relationship between workplace bullying and intention to leave. The study admits certain implementational constraints and makes suggestions for further research aimed at improving well-being and lowering the intention to leave the current position of members.en_US
