Abstract: | In recent years, Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) have emerged as a disruptive force in the realm of education, offering unprecedented access to high-quality learning resources for individuals worldwide. Realizing the impact of it, this paper aims to find out factors that contribute to the success of a MOOC. Using a thorough analysis of previous research, and empirical investigations, we come up with our own research model aiming to examine the major factors that influence MOOC effectiveness. It may come from the elements of MOOCs such as System quality, Course quality, and Service quality that satisfy the user's expectations and therefore, lead to their continuance intention. Moreover, discovering the influence of demographic, and socioeconomic factors on learner engagement and affordability. In conclusion, this research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the multifaceted determinants that underpin the success of MOOCs. While studying these factors, the deficiency of MOOC may be found, we would like to make some suggestions with goodwill for the advancement of online learning paradigms. |
