Abstract: | In the rapidly evolving landscape of technology and the increasing prevalence of online learning, optimizing the learning experience has become crucial. Recognizing the significance of this issue, the study was conducted to identify ways to enhance intrinsic motivation in an online learning environment, necessitating innovation in specific methods to support the learning process. The research team collected primary data from 286 students at the University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City, through survey questionnaires. Subsequently, the data was analyzed using qualitative research methods with SPSS 20 software. Based on theoretical foundations, the authors identified key factors such as Interest - Enjoyment, Tension - Pressure, Perceived choice, Value - Usefulness, and Perceived competence. Linear regression analysis revealed that, after utilizing a Chatbot, factors such as Interest - Enjoyment, Value - Usefulness, and Perceived competence significantly influenced students' learning intrinsic motivation. Conversely, some factors like Tension - Pressure and Perceived choice did not have a substantial impact. These findings carry theoretical and practical implications, suggesting new directions for research on university students' learning motivation and contributing to educational reform by providing valuable insights and guidance. |
