Abstract: | The study on "Proposed value chain for avocado seed for the bioplastic utensil production process in Viet Nam" focuses on developing a comprehensive process to maximize the value of avocado seeds for the Vietnamese market specifically and for the environment in general. The research objective is to ensure that from avocado seed collection to the processing and distribution of food utensils, all is carried out efficiently, sustainably, and in accordance with the Vietnamese market. The study focuses on designing a comprehensive system ranging from collecting avocado seeds to manufacturing and distributing the products. Particularly, the research delves into analyzing the potential output capacity and demonstrates that Vietnam's annual avocado yield fully meets the demand for green consumption in the current culinary sector. This study provides a clear and reliable perspective on the ability to meet market demands, contributing to determining the direction of development and opening up opportunities for the expansion of the bioplastic industry based on avocado seed materials in Vietnam. |
