Abstract: | Leadership is an essential skill for management levels and boards of directors in businesses. One of the recently popular leadership styles is adaptive leadership. This study focused on applying adaptive leadership behavior to the organizational environment and its influence on employee commitment to the organization. The research was conducted in Ho Chi Minh City through an online survey with 272 valid responses obtained from the survey population. Data was processed using SPSS 25 and Amos 25 software. The results showed that adaptive leadership behavior and organizational culture positively influence organizational commitment. This study also proposes solutions to help leaders in colleges and universities, such as faculty and administrators, as well as methods to adjust leadership to increase student engagement in the organization |
