dc.description.abstractn recent years, an increase in environmental problems has led to the threat to the survival of future generations. This urgent issue has given rise to several studies concerning pro-environmental behaviour. Nevertheless, despite having a positive attitude and awareness of environmental problems, the younger generation is not as committed to adopting pro-environmental behaviours (Grønhøj & Thøgersen, 2012). This requires a better understanding of young people's drive for pro-environmental behaviours. Education is a critical factor in influencing behaviour to become more environmentally friendly. In Vietnam, the University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City (UEH) is regarded as one of the leading education institutes firmly committed to sustainability. Thus, researching the factors that influence the pro-environmental behaviours of UEH students may not only assist the educators of this school in refining their environmental policy but also, ultimately, enhance the effectiveness of this policy in other universities. This research aims to identify and measure the factors influencing the Pro-environmental behaviours of students pursuing education at UEH University based on background theories and synthesis of domestic and international research. The official data source for this study was based on survey questionnaires distributed to 390 students of UEH University. The research proposes and examines the impact of 5 factors: (1) Environmental Transformational Leadership, (2) Green Training, (3) Green Human Resource Management, (4) Responsible Leadership, (5) Felt Responsibility For The Environment to Pro-environmental Behaviours of UEH University students. Based on the research results, several implications are given to help educators have the right strategies to effectively manage students’ pro-environmental behaviours in a rapidly developing new technological societyen_US
