dc.description.abstract | In our modern era, Internet of Things (IoT) products are expected to make users’ life become more efficient and comfortable. Obviously, with efforts to invent and improve the products, smart home services have been expected to grow rapidly. However, everything has both advantages and disadvantages. Because smart home services are growing too fast, it causes several concerns for the customer during adaptation and intention to (re)purchase for smart home products. This research will go deeply into the privacy risk so as to find out how perceptions of privacy risk influence intentions to use smart home devices. For instance, this research will provide the main reasons which directly affect customer’s perception about privacy risk and how their perception take part in their decision to use smart home services. | en_US |
