Abstract: | The study investigates the effect of sustainability development disclosure on Vietnamese firm value. According to the findings of the study, the degree of sustainable development information in Vietnam has no significant impact on firm value, raising the possibility of a conflict between investors' aims and environmental information. Furthermore, the thesis demonstrates that industries that are environmentally sensitive, such as healthcare, technology, industry, real estate, and basic materials, are more likely to focus on revealing quality information through sustainability reports. Furthermore, the study discovered evidence that the relationship between ROA, board size, and company value is substantially stronger. With the research findings, we imply that company managers should raise awareness of sustainable development activities as well as increase public sustainable development information, as well as pay attention to the number of board members, profitability, and industry, particularly the size of |
