dc.description.abstract | This research paper examines the antecedents and an outcome of employee retention. The study aims to identify ways to increase organizational performance. Using the Social Exchange Theory (SET) as a foundation, this research suggests a theoretical model that investigates how social rewards and training and development can enhance employee retention. Additionally, the study delves into the role participation in influencing employee retention.
