dc.description.abstractNowadays, higher education is regarded as a service-oriented institution, with students being direct participants in the entire service provision process and also the products of education. Alongside this, enhancing the quality of education is always a matter of particular concern for universities. Therefore, the objective opinions and perceptions of students regarding "satisfaction with educational services" hold significant importance, contributing to the evaluation of current services and assisting university leadership in making reasonable adjustments and changes to improve and enhance the quality of education, credibility, and attractiveness to prospective students. In our research article, we have provided relevant theoretical foundations concerning satisfaction with educational quality and given a brief overview of previous research works related to student satisfaction in the accounting field. This is an essential point contributing to our research group's development of a model on factors influencing student satisfaction with the quality of accounting education at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City. We applied a qualitative research method along with utilizing SPSS Software to process the data. After the research process, the results revealed four factors influencing student satisfaction with the quality of accounting education at University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City: Lecturers, System Quality, Course Material Qualities, and Administrative and Service Support Qualities. Based on the research findings, we proposed several recommendations for University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City and specifically the Accounting Department. University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City can utilize these recommendations to identify areas for improvement in teaching quality, curriculum quality, student support services, etc., for future courses. Additionally, we have also highlighted the limitations of the study and suggested directions for further research.en_US
