Abstract: | COVID-19 is a new study that began in 2020 and is being researched by experts from diverse professions all around the world. But it‟s under control now and people and businesses who are entering the next phase of the pandemic and restrictions ease, are looking for ways to return to a new normal. This study aims to apply the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2) model to reflect the main factors that affect the intention to use GrabFood application to buy food of UEH students. Qualitative research is carried out through the technique of interviewing experts in the relevant field to complete the proposed research model, adding scales and observed variables. Using SPSS 22.0 software on 302 answer sheets, data processing results show that 05 factors are impacting on the intention to use the GrabFood ordering application, including: (1) Performance Expectancy, (2) Effort Expectancy, (3) Habit, (4) Information Quality and (5) Service Quality, then giving some administrative implications to improve the customer's intention to use GrabFood application. |
