Abstract: | This study investigates the role of Personal Branding Management in maximizing Job Opportunities in the digital age. By analyzing the impact of Social Media Presence, Self-Perceived, and Personal Skill, the findings highlight that effective Personal Branding significantly enhances employability and visibility in the job market. The research adopted a mixed-method approach, including qualitative pre-tests and a quantitative survey of 260 university students in Ho Chi Minh City. Data analysis using SPSS confirmed the positive relationship between these factors and Personal Branding success. The study emphasizes the importance of developing digital skills and self-awareness for creating an authentic and professional online presence. It provides practical implications for students and educational institutions to better prepare for the competitive labor market |
