After alyzing 405 valid questionnaires with SPSS and AMOS software version 20, the study, developed based on two common models of behavioral studies, shows that seven out of eight hypotheses are significant to the direct relationship between intention and attitude. In addition, Perceived Risk is considered a barrier factor of using e-banking. The paper also suggests the roundwork for further studies in Vietnam. |
